In which countries can Neumann products be ordered on neumann.com?
We currently offer our Neumann Online Shop in these countries:
Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Lichtenstein, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
Exception: unfortunately, Neumann merchandise cannot be ordered in France.
We are working towards getting the online orders in a location closer to you very soon.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
Unfortunately, changes to orders may not be possible once submitted.
I did not receive an order confirmation email for my purchase. What should I do?
It may take 10 to 15 minutes for the purchase confirmation email to be sent. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our customer support.
If I change my mind, how long do I have to return the goods after ordering?
We offer the customer the opportunity to return the ordered goods within 30 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. Timely shipment of the goods or a request to take them back is sufficient to comply with the deadline. We shall bear the costs of the return if the customer registers the return in the online shop and uses the return label provided by us by e-mail. For goods which cannot be sent as parcel post due to their nature and which are labelled as "bulky goods" on the invoice, the following applies: We will collect the goods from the customer's delivery address. Payments already made will be credited if the return of the goods has been accepted.
