Here are the steps explaining how to register a Merging Pyramix 15, Ovation 11 or MassCore cloud license or serial number,
and retrieve Pyramix 16/Ovation12/MassCore licenses in the case that the product has an up-to-date ASM
(Annual Software Maintenance contract) or has been purchased during the last year (March 2025 to March 2026).
1) Go to Neumann's Product Registration page
If not yet registered, click on Register Now (A) and create account
If already registered, click on ‘Already Registered? Log in now!’ and log in (B)
2) Once logged in, click on REGISTER PRODUCT menu
3) Proceed to product registration
In the Product Registration window, select "Merging Products", select the software and pack (needs to be correct for the serial to be accepted),
and enter your Merging product serial number (Safenet USB dongle) or cloud license code (remove dashes if any), and click "Check >"
If error “Invalid serial number or wrong product selected”, make sure that the correct Product and/or Pack is selected. If still an issue to pass registration,
contact support with their license or serial number using the bottom right widget of this page.
4) Optionally fill in the rest of the fields
5) “Product has registered successfully” message appears
From there, you can register additonal products, if you have multiple licenses
6) Go to ‘MY PRODUCTS’ menu/tab
Find your registered Pyramix or Ovation or MassCore Extension product.
Case A below : the product is entitled to a free upgrade to Pyramix 16 (or Ovation 12), and a ‘Retrieve Key’ button is present. This means that the customer had an up to date ASM (Annual Software Maintenance) or purchased his Pyramix (or Ovation) within the last year, so is eligible to a free upgrade to Pyramix 16 / Ovation 12
Case B below : the product is not entitled for a free upgrade (ASM is not up to date, and product has been purchased more than a year ago). In this case there are no Pyramix 16 or Ovation 12 licenses available for this registered serial/license, and no ‘Retrieve Key’ button present.
7) Retreive the new keys
Once the ‘Retrieve Key’ button has been pressed, there is a popup window opening
Click the ‘Retrieve Key’ button to get your key(s).
The keys are retreived and shown in the popup window, like this:
Depending on the type of serial, license code and/or pack with MassCore or not, one or two licenses can be retrieved, as shown in the above picture.
