  Note: MassCore users must update to Pyramix 15.0.8 Hotfix (or above) / Ovation 11.0.8 (or above) (including RTX64 4.5.4) to support the Windows 11 24H2 updates KB5064081 (2025/08/29) and above
  If you installed an incompatible update, please go to this page to uninstall it.

CPUs & RAM

• MassCore: Intel 14th Gen CPUs supported since Pyramix 15.0.  
  Core Ultra CPUs are currently NOT compatible with MassCore.

• Native & MassCore:
  CPUs prior to 4th generation Intel Core Processors (i5 or i7 4XXX) are no longer supported.
  The applications will not launch on previous CPU generation.

• Intel "T" suffixed CPUs are low power - slow speed and are not recommended for real-time audio.

• AMD CPUs are not supported on the MassCore platform.

• RAM: minimum of 16 GB recommended

• Overclocked CPU & RAM may cause instabilities and is not supported 

MassCore Network adapter

• MassCore requires specific Network adapter, it can't run with a generic network adapter.

• Since Pyramix 15.0 / Ovation 11.0, a second generation MassCore Network card is available.  
  This second generation MassCore NIC is not compatible with any previous Pyramix/Ovation MassCore version.
  The first generation is still compatible with new Pyramix/Ovation MassCore version.
  All standard deliveries now include the 2nd Generation MassCore card by default.
   

Graphic Card

• A dedicated graphic card is highly recommended, on-board graphic may reduce  system performances
• Details on recommended NVidia graphic cards and settings are available on this page.
• AMD Graphic cards not supported on MassCore system, may trigger instabilities
   

Video Card

Validated Video Cards for Pyramix & Ovation Video.
