How to provide a Debug Report file for your Network Audio Interface

Make sure you have connected your Neumann MT48, Merging Anubis or Hapi from its Ethernet RAVENNA/AES67 port to your system network interface (Mac or Windows)
Note: Follow the Interface User Manual guidelines if required

Download and install MT Discovery if not already present on your system, from Neumann Download Center

Start MT Discovery

Select your Neumann MT48, Merging Anubis or Hapi Device and perform a right click on the device icon.  Select the “Advanced Pages” entry.

This will open the device Advanced Pages in your Browser
Go to the System Menu and select the Debug > Get Report button

Save the DeviceName_report.bin file on your local disk
Important: your browser may block the Report download, make sure you confirm the download.
